We have used Evelyn and Verve Media on multiple occasions for settlement/day in the life videos.  Every time, the results have far exceeded our expectations.  The benefits of videos like these are many, but for me, the ability to tell your story in the parties, witnesses and experts’ own words rather than through a demand letter and defense attorneys status reports is the biggest advantage.  We know that the lawyers are not truly telling the adjuster how badly the witnesses came across or what concessions parties and experts made that affect their case.  The impact of the adjusters and attorneys hearing and seeing for themselves is huge.
